Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations due to limited inventory. We're sorry if this causes any inconvenience! 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

Orders will ship within 2-5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding! As a small business owner in college, times are a bit crazy, but I am diligently packaging and shipping orders. Please email if you have any concerns to withlovelank@gmail.com.

SIZING?

Sizing varies per item. When possible, each product will have a size chart attached to help navigating which size you'd prefer. Some pieces are one of a kind and more difficult to "size" depending on blank brand. The newer line of With love, Lank sweatshirts will, however, be a WLL custom silhouette so a size chart will be provided.

DO YOU RESTOCK DESIGNS?

We restock designs based on popularity. Let us know if you really love a design and want to see it again! Send us a message on instagram @withlovelank or via email withlovelank@gmail.com. 

 WILL BOWS BE RESTOCKING?

Yes yes yes! Bow pieces are always being sewn -- as of late fall, the signature side bow pieces will be stocked in very large quantities ensuring that more of you can purchase! These pieces are exclusive to With love, Lank, so I am working my hardest to keep them in stock. New color ways will be introduced soon too! 

 HOW SHOULD I WASH MY WLL ITEM?

Handle with care: Turn inside out — Machine wash cold — Tumble dry low — Do not bleach — Do not dry clean. 

Generally, I recommend erring on the side of caution! The gentler we are with our clothes, the more life they give.

CAN I PICK UP IF LOCAL?

There will be no local pickups, only shipping. I apologize if this inconveniences anyone, but it keeps things organized! <3

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONAL?

Not yet! We are hoping to ship internationally very soon though!
