Shipping and Order Policy
At With Love, Lank, every in-house fulfilled piece is personally inspected and carefully packaged before it leaves the studio. Because we are a small business and many of our items are limited or handmade, we have the following policies in place to protect both our customers and our brand.
Order Accuracy & Quality
All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our quality standards. If you believe your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the situation.
Claims submitted without verifiable photo documentation may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
Edited or Altered Images
Photos that have been edited, altered, filtered, or digitally modified cannot be used to verify product damage. We require unaltered images taken in natural lighting for any product issue claims.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered fulfilled by With Love, Lank. At that point, the shipment is outside of our control.
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, we recommend contacting your local post office or carrier directly to open a delivery investigation.
With Love, Lank is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Missing Items
If you believe an item is missing from your shipment, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
Returns & Store Credit
Due to the limited nature of many of our pieces, all sales are final unless an item is verified to have arrived damaged.
If a product issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
